Vine Street residency opening soon!

We are delighted to be announcing the opening of our first residency on Vine Street in Brighton’s North Laine!

Cin Cin’s Italian Bar and Kitchen will open on 1 November and serve authentic antipasti and fresh pasta handmade daily on site, all in an open kitchen and counter bar setting. The daily handmade pasta will be available for takeaway at lunch while at evenings, the seasonal menu will be paired with an all Italian aperitivo & wine list, making Vine Street the perfect spot to stop off for a quick bite and great glass of wine.

As you know we’ve been taking our passion for Italian food and drink on the road to festivals, events and venues across the UK since 2013, cutting our foodie teeth along the way. We’ve been everywhere with our van and supper clubs, a bit like the tortoise with its house on its back! It’s been great fun and a real learning experience, giving us the confidence to really go for it with our first site. This has always been the goal, to give Brighton the Italian food & drink it truly deserves and we hope we can deliver that at Vine Street.
