Each month, the menu focuses on 'cucina povera' - traditional Italian cooking that harneses available produce, makes the most of every morsel and wastes as little possible!

'Cucina povera' was born out of necessity to be frugal. You know what they say, necessity is the mother of creation. And so, some rather delicious dishes came to life.
