Fontanafredda wine dinner at Cin Cin Hove
Tonight at Cin Cin Hove, we welcome Alberto Frea of Fontanafredda Wines – European Winery of the Year – to host a tasting of their award winning wines paired with a tasting menu from our head chef Jamie Halsall.
Here’s the menu:
Asti Spumante DOCG – Cacio e Pepe arancini
Pradalupo Roero Arneis DOC – Burrata, asparagus, salsa rossa
Barbera d’Alba Raimonda DOC 2016 – Pea and ham hock Agnolotti
Barolo Serralunga d’Alba DOCG 2014 – Lamb rump, pomme anna, buttered leeks
Moscato d’Asti Moncucco DOCG – ‘Peaches and Cream’
